Makes ~ 10 servings
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork shoulder/butt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped jalepeño
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3/4 cup orange juice (~ 2 oranges)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspons ground cumin
- 2.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine spices (salt, pepper, cumin, oregano)
- Rub onto pork
- Place pork in slow cooker (fat cap up)
- Top pork with onion, jalepeño, garlic and orange juice
- Cook on low for ~ 10 hours (or high for ~ 7 hours)
