Makes ~ 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork shoulder/butt
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped jalepeño
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup orange juice (~ 2 oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspons ground cumin
  • 2.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine spices (salt, pepper, cumin, oregano)
  2. Rub onto pork
  3. Place pork in slow cooker (fat cap up)
  4. Top pork with onion, jalepeño, garlic and orange juice
  5. Cook on low for ~ 10 hours (or high for ~ 7 hours)
