Makes ~ 7 one cup servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) bag of coleslaw
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1/4 cup cashews

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour
